Job Description

Randstad is currently recruiting for an Apartment Maintenance Tech.  This job is located in Milledgeville.  Selected candidates will be responsible for resolving tenants' maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise.  Selected candidate must have previous worked a minimum of three (3) years in this role, must be available for after hours on-call.  Selected must have excellent "people skills".

salary: $19 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will resolve tenants' maintenance-related queries and complaints as they arise.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends

Skills

• Plumbing (3 years of experience is required)
• Electrical (3 years of experience is required)
• Blueprints
• Maintenance (3 years of experience is required)
• HVAC (3 years of experience is required)

• Experience level: Experienced
