Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform accurate and timely data entry
• Handle customer service-related inquiries professionally
• Manage front desk and reception duties
• Prepare and maintain documentation for outgoing orders
• Monitor and manage back-orders, providing status updates to internal departments
• Accurately record completion data into internal databases and required paperwork
• Provide administrative assistance and support to managers on various tasks and projects
• Support the sales team to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
• Assist with general office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented office environment
• Proficient with basic office systems and databases (training provided as needed)
