Job Description

We are partnered with a growing construction firm in King of Prussia looking for an entry level administrative or sales support professional to join their team and assist with supporting both the engineering and outside sales team with general administration, order entry, and customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level candidate looking to grow and make impact!

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers
• Contact customers to collect required project details
• Ensure all necessary information is gathered before engineering begins drawings
• Track and follow up on missing information
• Act as a point of contact for outside sales representatives
• Support the sales team by following up with customers and helping move projects forward
• Maintain organized job records and communicate with internal teams
